The 2010 Maine Professional Truck Driving Championships

On May 15th 2010 Maine Motor Transport held its annual Professional Truck Driving Championships at Dysart’s Truck Stop in Hermon Maine.
Teamsters Local Union 340 would like to congratulate its members who participated and placed in the event.

In the “Twins” competition 3rd place win goes to Gregory Deterding, member UPS Freight
In the “Four Axle” competition 3rd place win goes to Larry Mentor, member YRC, Inc. We also congratulate Michael Swallow, member UPS freight for participating in this event.

This competition has been an annual event for well over 30 years and sponsored by the generosity of the local trucking industry and equipment companies.
