Terry
has been a Teamster member of Local 340 since 1972, having
21 years invested in leadership positions. He was involved
in Teamster organizing as a teenager, then as Shop Steward
at UPS, Union activist, Trustee, Business Agent, and now Secretary-Treasurer.
He is a member of the UPS Supplemental Negotiating Committee
and an active member of the UPS Grievance Panel, and Emery
Worldwide Regional Grievance Panel. Terry is an elected delegate
to the International Brotherhood of Teamsters convention,
and delegate to the Teamsters Joint council 10 of New England.
He has extensive experience in Public and Private Sector negotiations,
mediation, fact-finding, arbitration and grievance handling.
Terry has attended and completed many labor leadership classes
and seminars as well as the Teamsters Leadership Academy.
