Traci started her involvement as a Teamster in 1994 with the Town of Kittery.  She, her husband Tom, and son Chris later moved to Aroostook County at which time Traci served Local 340 as Political Coordinator on a temporary assignment.  Traci then worked at the City of Presque Isle.  In 2008 Traci became a Business Agent working out of the Presque Isle office of Teamsters Local 340.

During her thirteen years in the public sector, Traci served as steward for over half of that time, gaining valuable experience with grievance handling and resolution, negotiations, as well as invaluable experience with the municipal budget process and Town/City Council government.  This prepared her for the 26 public sector contracts she handles in Aroostook, Penobscot, and Washington Counties.  In addition to the public sector, Traci also represents the private sector with two nursing home/rehab facilities, and the technicians at The Aroostook Medical Center.
