Traci St. Clair's Bio
Traci Place started her involvement as a Teamster in 1994 with the Town of Kittery. She then served Local 340 as Political Coordinator as a temporary assignment. Traci went on to work at the City of Presque Isle. In 2008 she became a Business Agent for Teamsters Local 340.
During her thirteen years in the public sector, Traci served as steward for over half of that time, gaining valuable experience with grievance handling & resolution, negotiations, as well as invaluable experience with the municipal budget process & Town/City government. This prepared her for the 28 municipal, school, and county government contracts she handles in Aroostook, Penobscot and Washington counties. In addition to the public sector, Traci also represents the private sector with a nursing home, technicians at the Aroostook Medical Center, and pharmacists at Osco’s.
Traci has attended many trainings and seminars including Business Agent training with the IBT, arbitration, FMLA, and negotiating trainings. She is a member of the Joint Council 10 Women’s Committee, coordinates the Local 340 Annual State-Wide Food Drive, serves on the MainePERS PLD committee, and is awaiting confirmation to the Local Workforce Development Board for Aroostook-Washington Counties.
Stacy Nunley's Bio
Stacy lives in Gray with her husband John, they have two children Lance and Lindsay. She is a 1985 graduate of Andover College with an Associate’s Degree in Accounting. Since 1988 Stacy has put her education to work for her as our Bookkeeper. She is invaluable in telephone service to our members’ many inquires, concerning such matters as Health and Welfare, Credit Union and countless public sector issues.
Stacy has attended a number of seminars of value to the Local Union, including training on the IBT’s QuickBooks record keeping system and TITAN dues system. She is well qualified to perform all the staff functions of a well organized Union office as well as to teach them to new employees.
